  You know your vehicle — when it changed, what it sounded like, what's already been tried. We listen first, then test. Tell us what your vehicle is doing; we'll do the work to understand why.

• Testing before conclusions.

  A warning light is a symptom. The answer comes from testing, in order, with the results written down — so you pay for a finding, not a guess. How diagnosis works here.

• Mercedes-Benz and Sprinter, the way Mercedes built them.

  We run XENTRY, the factory diagnostic platform, on Mercedes-Benz and Sprinter. Programming, SCN coding, module replacement and software updates are done in house. Kasey is NASTF-credentialed for manufacturer secure systems — the access most independent shops don't have.

• Transmission judgment.

  The answer is often a precise repair, not a whole transmission. Mercedes valve bodies, conductor plates and connectors are repaired here; when a unit has truly failed, we install a remanufactured transmission on any make. We don't do full rebuilds — we do the testing that tells you which one you need.

• European specialists. Straight answers for every make.

  Mercedes-Benz, Sprinter, BMW, Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen, MINI, Fiat and Alfa Romeo are what this shop is built around. Any make, any model gets the same standard — we just go deepest on European.

Your vehicle health report — like a checkup from your doctor

Every vehicle that comes through our shop gets a digital vehicle health report, every visit. Photos of what we found, plain-English notes on what they mean, and each item labeled honestly: what needs attention now, what can wait, and what's just worth watching. You review it right on your phone.

You approve the work — and every dollar — before it begins, and nothing gets added without your authorization.

Waiting area if you'd rather stay. Drop-off with a key drop if you'd rather not. Local shuttle. Approve by text, pay by text. Vehicle pickup and delivery may be available by advance arrangement — ask your advisor.
