What we collect. Information you submit through our contact and appointment forms (name, phone, email, vehicle information, message contents), messages you send through our live chat during business hours, and standard website analytics (pages visited, device type, referral source) collected via Google Analytics.

How we use it. To respond to your inquiry, schedule and perform service, communicate about your vehicle, and understand how our website is used. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages (SMS). When you call our main line (386-677-1818) and we miss your call, we may send one text to that number asking how we can help. If you give us your mobile number for a repair order and agree to texts, we may text you about your vehicle, such as testing results, approvals and pickup. Message frequency varies. Who we share it with. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with other companies for their marketing. We use service providers (our shop management, scheduling, phone, chat and website providers) only to run the shop and serve you. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Analytics and advertising. We use Google Analytics and may use Google Ads conversion measurement. These services use cookies; you can control cookies through your browser settings.
