Every vehicle that comes through our shop gets a digital vehicle health report, every visit. Photos of what we found, plain-English notes on what they mean, and each item labeled honestly: what needs attention now, what can wait, and what's just worth watching. You review it right on your phone.

FAQ

The parts store read my code for free. Why pay for diagnosis?

A code tells you which system complained — not why. The same code can have several different causes at very different repair costs. Testing tells them apart; guessing means paying to replace parts that weren't the problem.

Can you just tell me what the code means over the phone?

We'll gladly tell you what the code refers to and how urgent it sounds — honestly, including "that can wait." What we won't do is diagnose a car we haven't tested, because that would be a guess with your money.

What will it cost?

We don't quote repairs sight-unseen — a number given before anyone has inspected the car is a guess. Your vehicle health report gives you an exact, itemized picture, and you approve every dollar before work begins.

Can I wait, or should I drop off?

Either. We have a waiting area, drop-off with a key drop, and a local shuttle. You can approve work by text and pay by text. Vehicle pickup and delivery may be available by advance arrangement — ask your advisor.
